Your department is responsible for the following main activities:
? Definition, development and assessment of the Group’s Risk Management system
? Management of the Group Risk Committee including drafting and coordination of reports and follow-ups
? Specific risk assessments and regular reporting of the Group’s risk profile (including the Risk Dashboard and ORSA)
? Management of the Group Referral process
? Management of the Group’s Emerging Risk process
? Coordination of relevant risk management activities at Legal Entity and Hub levels
? Production of regulatory risk management reporting
? Communication of the Group’s ERM to external stakeholders (Rating Agencies, Financial Analysts), Executive Management and staff
Key duties and responsibilities of the role:
Lead scenario and sensitivity test developments
• Develop adverse scenarios with the relevant stakeholders (strategic teams, divisions, ORSA teams…) and organize validation of these scenarios
• Lead the work for GRM and coordinate with contributors across the Group. This will consist of the definition of the adverse scenario, its quantification, the impact on the business and analysis of potential remediation actions.
• Develop targeting communication of the outcome for different audiences (including boards and executive committees, external stakeholders…)
Develop and manage Risk Management communication for rating agencies and investor relations
• Work in close coordination with the rating agency team to understand the rating agencies’ expectations in terms of ERM
• Compare our ERM maturity against rating agencies’ expectations and develop improvement plans as needed
• Prepare presentations of the management meetings
Investor communication
• Closely work with the Finance area on investor relation communications related to ERM
• Prepare presentations for Investors day
• Prepare content for the Group Activity report (also in relation with the Group Communications)
