Actuarial Analyst

Our Client is seeking an Actuarial Analyst:

• Support “Actuarial Assumption Setting and Valuation” to be presented to and signed off by the Assumption Committee;
• Support run “Data Integrity Checks” to be presented to the Data Board Committee;
• Support in developing “Data Integrity Checks”;
• Support Reporting Activities (Priips, Emir, Annual Statement and Ex-post Cost);
• Work closely with external service provider to define, implement and sign off on the admin system:
• Ownership the Error Process in relation to Product/Actuarial topics;
• Other projects/tasks as directed by either the Pricing Actuarial Manager or the Head of Actuarial Function;
• Analyse and maintain up to date the knowledge of the regulator requirements

   Qualifications:

• Studying towards a relevant actuarial qualification in order to become an associate or fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland;

  Knowledge:

• Understanding of products sold through life assurance markets;
• Understanding of capital, profit and value measures and drivers used by Group;
• Understanding the Group profitability and capital targets for launching a new product;

  Skills :

• Strong analytical and technical skills;
• Good written and oral communication (English and Italian);
• MSOffice, SQL and MatLab (SAS, could be a plus);
• Ability to draft reports on a range of the company's activities;
• Ability to forge good working relationships both internally and externally;
