What you will need to succeed
  • Proven working experience in insurance and data analysis
  • Proficiency with technology, software and data analysis tools
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc) and programming (Python)
  • Strong Knowledge and experience with visual analytics platforms such as PowerBI, QuickSight, Qlik, Tableau
  • Track record of cross-functional project management
What you will do 
  • Build, test and analyse automated claim processes
  • Using data, manage and report on claims to ensure they meet financial, technical, operational and service requirements
  • Use quality review framework to ensure compliance with claim policies and guidelines, exposing data inconsistencies or process exceptions.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify fraud, customer satisfaction and product performance
  • Monitor and manage automated, semi-automated and manual claim cases
  • Work with Head of claims to prioritise business and claims needs
  • Collaborate with wider business stakeholders such as solutions and tech to problem solve and improve our product offerings
  • Aid in both technical and non-technical development of other stakeholders
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement automated Fraud assessment rules including supporting 3rd party tools
  • Pro-actively contribute in implementation of tools to optimise automated claims processing
