Data Analytics Lead | Taiwan

Key Responsibilities will include:
•Leads team to run data analytic projects, develop useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources, communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
•Drives the development of appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data outcomes
•Ensures data quality and research of suitable database applications and analytical tools
•Drives modelling best practices and runtime optimizations by identifying shortcomings in existing processes, applying suitable tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy, and training the team to run and maintain the tools •Recruits, mentors/trains and develops talents to create a strong data analytics team

Qualifications, skills, and experience:
•7+ yrs work experience, with 3+ yrs in data analysis area
•Certified Actuary
•Hand-on experience with databases and analytical tools
•Excellent analytical and organizational skills
•Fluent in  English
•Sound leadership and communication skills
•Ability to work with minimal supervision / self-motivated drive
