 Key Contribution Areas 
  • Lead on ERM deliverables to ensure quality of deliverables through a robust process (including stakeholder management and alignment with related activities). Ensuring that there is clear ownership and accountability, and implementation plans by the respective risk and process owners will be key to ensuring the successfully embedding of these deliverables. This will include building out the ERM Risk Reporting processes and a strong focus on Risk Culture.
  • Lead on ERM activities as part of M&A Due Diligence and Integrations.
  • Lead on ERM activities as part of other strategic projects where experience in outsourcing and ICF implementation will be key.
  • Lead on risk management activities where experience in managing operational risk will be key.

  • Significant responsibility in risk management, Group GSSA / ORSA, actuarial valuation, policy setting, Solvency II (Pillars I, II and III)
  • Experience in working across multiple jurisdictions, and in life insurance and reinsurance, is a plus
  • Familiarity of the approach of prudential supervisors to governance, risk management, the actuarial function, and internal control in life insurance
