Data Architecture:
Develop and implement advanced data architecture strategies specifically tailored for pharmaceutical and financial data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate closely with IT teams to optimize database structures and uphold the highest standards of data security.
Data Integration and Scrubbing:
Drive initiatives for seamless integration of data from diverse external sources, including regulatory databases, vendor databases, market data and other pertinent datasets.
Implement & document robust data scrubbing processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity, adhering to industry-specific quality standards.
Data Analysis:
Drive the development of advanced analytical capabilities to extract meaningful insights from data, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
Data Presentation via Visualization Tools:
Oversee the selection and utilization of cutting-edge visualization tools for effective presentation of complex data to various stakeholders, ensuring accessibility and comprehension.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all data processes and outputs adhere to pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of data governance and compliance.
Leadership and Team Management:
Managing the data and reporting team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Mentor and guide team members, ensuring their continuous professional development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a team of analysts, demonstrating the ability to drive results and lead a team effectively.
- Experience in setting data strategies, execute to drive results aligned with business goals and proficiency in data analytics.
- Technical knowledge of data related technologies such as databases (SQL and NoSQL), data warehouses, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in relevant data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently under tight timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
