Jenny plays a key role in leading growth across permanent and contract recruitment, expanding Acumen’s international reach and strengthening the firm’s position within the Irish actuarial market. She is recognised for her extensive industry network, thought leadership within the actuarial profession, and as a regular speaker at Society of Actuaries in Ireland (SAI) events and universities across Ireland and internationally. She has served on numerous SAI committees supporting the development of the profession and the next generation of actuaries.
Jenny is a certified Career Coach with an Advanced Diploma in Executive, Leadership and Personal Coaching. Outside of work, she is a keen athlete, former Captain of Clonliffe Harriers Athletics Club, and an enthusiastic, if still improving, golfer.
He is currently a member of the Society of Actuaries’ Qualification Development & Support Committee, with a particular interest in the educational process and environment for future actuaries. He is also a keen proponent of promoting the actuarial skill-set to wider fields, particularly in Banking and Aviation. Paul has overall responsibility for the Irish office and focuses on the ongoing development of Acumen Resources’ business as well as senior and executive appointments.
