Our client is looking to hire a Senior Actuarial Trainee to collaborate closely with the Proposition Actuary and team members to ensure adherence to pricing and regulatory requirements and successful delivery of these mandates.
You will contribute to the growth of the business by providing actuarial expertise for product enhancements and new developments, and will also support various other business areas, including Operations, Sales, and IT.

About you
- Working towards or near qualified as an Actuary
- Approximately 3 years’ experience in actuarial teams within the Irish Life & Pensions market
- Good IT/software skills (Excel, VB and access). Proficient in R and/or Python would be advantageous.
- Strong technical, problem identification and analytical skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills: ability to communicate in a professional manner with colleagues across the department and the wider business.
