This is an opportunity for a qualified actuary to take on a senior leadership role, combining technical delivery, client engagement and team development. You will work on a diverse range of assignments including reserving, product development, risk management, financial reporting, regulatory projects, portfolio transfers and strategic advisory work.

What we're looking for:
- Qualified actuary with at least 5 years post-qualified experience
- Strong knowledge of the Irish non-life insurance or reinsurance market
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery experience
- Commercial mindset with the ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Experience in Solvency II, IFRS17, risk management or financial reporting advantageous
- Senior leadership opportunity within a respected and growing practice
- Exposure to a broad mix of actuarial and multidisciplinary projects
- Opportunity to help shape strategy, grow the practice and mentor future talent
