Reporting directly to the Head of Actuarial Function, Responsibilities will include:
� Perform tasks in relation to Bonus declarations � supporting the HoAF in ensuring bonus recommendations are reasonable
� Support annual reporting work on Compliance with the WPOPS
� Perform annual review of WPOPS
� Support activities in relation to collateral monitoring and collateral oversight
� Support oversight of the With-Profits activities carried out by Group functions � e.g. review of investment strategy, review of PPFM compliance, review of any changes to With-Profits management basis, review of estate distribution, review of guarantee deductions
� Involvement in any projects relating to With-Profits
� Work with businesses on external reinsurance contracts
� Provide the Head of Actuarial Function with support on the annual Actuarial Function Report for areas relating to With Profits and reinsurance
� Applying commercial understanding of the business to ensure financial, risk, business and actuarial advice is aligned with the business needs.
� Contributing to the specification, development and testing of complex propositions or numerical models, analysing a range of business data, and making recommendations to senior management to support decision making
� Contributing to the preparation of papers and reports for senior management and executives as required.
