Our client is seeking a part-qualified Actuarial Analyst to provide valuation support for a wide range of reporting purposes within the valuations function. This is a challenging and exciting role and requires a candidate with strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting - IFRS17 and Solvency II Technical Provisions
Prepare the IFRS17 and Solvency II report:
Branch deliverables including but not limited to:
- Quarterly IFRS17 valuations and earnings review and technical income forecasting
- Quarterly Solvency II technical provisions and variation analysis
- Bi-annual Solvency II best estimate liability sensitivities
- Quarterly home office reporting including credit rating agency reporting
Education and Experience:
University degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
Part-qualified Actuary with 12 months’ experience of working in the Financial Services industry
Experience of working in life insurance or reinsurance an advantage
