Actuarial Modelling Consultant

You will focus on understanding the client's requirements, designing solutions to meet those requirements, building those solutions as well as testing them. You will deliver highly automated, innovative and customized solutions to enable clients to fulfil their actuarial reporting requirements and optimize their target operating model. You'll get under the skin of the business and offer expert insights and solutions, not just to actuarial teams, but across the whole business. About You:

• Newly/Nearly/Part Qualified Actuary who also has a data analytics qualification/experience
• Experience in relation to specifying, designing, implementing and testing data warehousing or data lake solutions or part qualified actuary with a computer science or similar qualification
• Experienced working in or alongside actuarial reporting or modelling teams
• A clear vision of how data analytics and automation could be used to assist in the end to end actuarial process in an insurance/reinsurance company
• The ability to present client data in a clear and concise format
• Ability to develop effective client relationships, in particular establishing rapport, trust and confidence with stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Knowledge of data analytics including statistical approaches and tools e.g. R/Python.
