Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor the company's strategy and business plans
• Lead, guide and develop the senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring sound financial management and sustainable performance.
• Maintain and proactively develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and seek opportunities for business synergies
• Ensure that the level of services from outsourced activities meets requirements
• Work closely with the Board to enable it to fulfil its oversight role
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and good corporate governance

Skills and experience:

• Experience in a senior role within an insurance or financial services regulated entity.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Leadership, drive and communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and execution skills
• Ability to oversee the sound financial and risk management of the company together with its operational performance
