As part of the IFRS17 & Solvency II team you will be involved in a variety of activities including:
- Delivering IFRS 17 quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
- Working closely with Finance to ensure the efficient production of inputs to quarterly and annual IFRS17 financial statements.
- Contributing to the monitoring of changes in rules and guidances or market practice relating to the calculation of IFRS 17 requirements.
- Contribute to the continued enhancement of the IFRS17 actuarial environment.
- Maintaining documentation of processes and procedures.
- Supporting the team in its work for ad hoc projects, such as responding to requests from the regulator.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified actuary.
- High motivation, team-orientation and adaptability.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure within prescribed deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop and translate new ideas into effective business solutions.
