Head of MCEV | Taiwan

The Head of MCEV is a key person to deliver NBV/MCEV results to senior managements. NBV is a very important KPI for the company. He/she will derive the changes of process for delivering accurate results in time. He/she should also have good analytic skill and business mind set to provide insightful comments for business steering purpose.

The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of a best-in-class actuarial / financial reporting architecture in line with requirements and Group guidelines. He/she will be assuming responsibility for the data governance, providing input to the conceptual design of the reporting framework and drives the selection and implementation of a high performance and data driven systems architecture.
  
Responsibilities will include, amongst others, the following:

• Deliver good quality reporting with valuable comments
• Create a future-state design of the reporting framework and define the tools and technologies for its implementation
• Drive the conceptual design for financial analytics to maximize insights and value added for the business
• Liaise and build relationships with multiple business units, both locally and internationally;
• Manage and coordinate communications to stakeholders and management.
