Non Life Trainee Actuary | Reinsurance & Reporting

Working within the Actuarial Function you will provide support in meeting our client's reinsurance needs and regulatory reporting requirements, as well as supporting new initiatives. You will work in a team of actuaries and trainee actuaries, working closely with colleagues in Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Finance.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting all aspects of reinsurance requirements including renewal of agreements and catastrophe modelling
• Assisting in regulatory reporting
• Carrying out defined processes under the guidance of more senior members of the team
• Interacting with other teams to understand their needs and requirements and developing your knowledge of the business
• Analysing data sets and presenting analysis to audiences with varying technical knowledge
• Working collaboratively within the team, sharing best practices.

  QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree with curriculum in the following areas: Actuarial, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
