Reserving & Pricing | Reinsurance

Our client is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and benefit from numerous learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the reserving function, including the design and maintenance of reserving models.
• Lead the production of Solvency II Technical Provisions and IFRS17 cashflows.
• Contribute to the design, development, and automation of key reserving processes using R.
• Assist the Underwriting team with pricing new and renewing business.
• Prepare reporting information for management and other stakeholders.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in an actuarial reserving role, preferably in non-life.
• Experience with IFRS17 modelling and implementation.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in R and VBA.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
