Actuarial Analyst

Excellent opportunity for an early-career Actuarial Analyst to join a Dublin-based Actuarial Operations team, supporting technical calculations, process improvement and operational delivery within a life insurance environment.

Ideal candidate

• 1–2 years’ actuarial or insurance experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills.
• Interest in life insurance operations, ideally unit-linked products.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Support policy correction and illustration calculations.
• Manage actuarial operations workflows and documentation.
• Assist with non-standard illustrations and reinsurance premium calculations.
• Work with actuarial, customer services and finance teams.

Systems and tools

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; R or SQL experience advantageous.
