Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical pricing support on all business projects
  • Recommend suitable premiums to the Pricing Committee for new products to facilitate entry into new and existing markets and territories
  • Produce regular analysis of underlying performance enabling the Company to develop a deep understanding of the emerging experience
  • Manage the accurate and timely implementation, testing and validation of premium rate structures on policy administration and quotation systems
  • Ensure appropriate controls, policies and documentation are maintained to ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are satisfied
Relevant Technical Competencies:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of Non-Life Insurance products and concepts behind rating, pricing and analysis
  • Solvency II knowledge as distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of the non-life insurance industry's emerging trends, awareness of regulatory considerations and other issues applicable to the industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
