Jenny is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and a Fellow of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries in the UK. She is an active member of the Society of Actuaries and has participated in committees including Recent Qualifiers, Diversity and Wider Fields. Prior to joining Acumen Resources, Jenny worked in an actuarial capacity in a leading Life Insurance company, in a Business Planning and Reporting role. With her extensive contacts across the industry, she consults across all practice areas with a particular emphasis on life and general insurance.
Jenny is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is a certified Career Coach and holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive, Leadership and Personal Coaching. Jenny is passionate about finding the right fit for her clients and offers tailored interview coaching to all our clients.

Paul is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. Prior to founding Acumen Resources in 1998, he worked in both direct-writing and consulting actuarial environments over an extensive career. He now advises actuaries on all aspects of career development, career progression (and playing football badly) across all practice areas.
He is currently a member of the Society of Actuaries’ Wider Fields committee, with a particular interest in the educational process and environment for future actuaries. He is also a keen proponent of promoting the actuarial skill-set to wider fields, particularly in Banking and Aviation. Paul has overall responsibility for the Irish office and focuses on the ongoing development of Acumen Resources’ business as well as senior and executive appointments.
