You will be responsible for assessing the control structure of the actuarial processes across the enterprise and partnering with actuarial management to bring about value added changes to the actuarial process.
This position is responsible for all audit activities related to Actuarial processes in EMEA including:
• Product Life Cycle Management
• Product Development & Pricing
• Product Reserves & Valuations
• Actuarial Reserve Management
• Claims Reserves Management
• DAC
• Reinsurance
• Asset Liability Matching
• Solvency II
• Embedded Value
• Impairments
In addition to Actuarial Subject Matter Expert, the position serves as the primary point of Internal Audit contact to regional executive and senior business management regarding the control health of their organizations, and the attention of their associates to operate in a control environment where risks and operating control weaknesses are acknowledged and effectively managed.
The position is also a critical element in the design of the Regional Risk & Control Operating Model which is charged with communicating with regional executive management on tops risks with other control partners including Enterprise Risk Management.
