- Lead the Pricing & Product Functions to achieve excellent customer outcomes, while meeting sales, business profitability, and business growth targets.
- Contribute to the delivery of the corporate strategy as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver compelling customer products and price points that align with strategic and business objectives.
- Strong, proven experience in executive leadership positions.
- Qualified Actuary with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in product design & pricing, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in leading a high-performing team.
