-Liaise with Product Development and Sales teams to develop and price new international products in response to regulatory, market and client requirements within existing markets

-Engage with business stakeholders to develop compliant product solutions for new market entry

-Work with regulatory authorities and legal team to identify and document regulatory and compliance requirements relating to product and pricing for global markets

-Review distribution and partnership arrangements and incorporate specific details within pricing

-Conduct profitability analysis of existing individual and corporate insurance business

-Develop pricing proposals for approval by senior management

-Preparation of actuarial documentation to support regulatory filings

Experiences required:

-Possess a solid IT background and the ability to demonstrate programming experience, writing database queries and project management

-Pricing and product development experience desirable but not essential

-Experience in liaising with, and coordinating efforts of others with whom there is no direct reporting relationship


-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-High attention to detail including a commitment to accuracy or reporting

-Results driven and solution oriented

-Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills

-Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts

-Excellent IT skills, especially in relation to data interrogation

-Ability to work on own initiative with a strong sense of autonomy
