Responsibilities:
– Building and developing a profit oriented and selected Life & Health Treaty portfolio in UK / Ireland
– Establish the respective business plans and strategies to successfully develop the portfolio
– Build relationships with clients and brokers to increase the flow of submissions and written premium
– Close cooperation with different units of the company, e.g. claims, accounting, underwriting, actuarial
– On-going competitor and market analysis
– Travel to assigned prospects, clients, brokers and territory

Profile:
– Several years of experience in Life Reinsurance Client Management in UK / Ireland or further afield
– Good market contacts
– Broad range of Life Reinsurance Product Knowledge (including Pricing)
– Proven track record in sales and marketing and business development
– Entrepreneurial spirit, flexible, hands-on, self-starter, independent, out of the box thinking
– Effective communicator with sensitivity to other cultures
– Fluent in English (other languages an asset, e.g. French)
