Exciting opportunity for a qualified actuary in a local and group level reserving role.
Responsibilities inlcude:
o Analyse & challenge:
Quarterly reserves and reserve movements
Assumption and methodology setting
Periodic experience analyses
o Support:
Reviewing regional and product-line reserving
Setting and promoting standards for reserving and experience analysis
Preparation and presentation of analytical reports supporting conclusions of analyses
Drafting periodic quarterly and annual reports for presentation to management
Liaising with Group external and internal auditors and Group Risk
o Assess consistency & rationalise the differences between:
IFRS results and Solvency 2/Embedded Value (including analysis of change)
IFRS reserves and local statutory reserves
o Support strategic Divisional and Group Projects as required, including potentially leading specific work streams
Idealy suit a qualified actuary with Life Insurance experience.
