Key Responsibilities:
•Provide assistance on the coordination of all activities for the Group in the area of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) for the Group.
•This entails, in particular, support of cross-functional working groups to produce the Group's ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP and Stress Testing Framework.
•Oversee the Group's Stress Testing framework ensuring that it complies with regulatory requirements and in addition provides insight to the Board and its Committees as to the resilience of the Group's financial position and performance.
•Ensure that SREP activities are integrated into the Group's Annual Planning Process; working with the Head of Financial Risk and the Group CRO to write the Risk Function opinion of the Group's Budget and MTP.
•Act as a key point of liaison with the Joint-Supervisory-Team in respect of the SREP process, ensuring that the breadth of activities undertaken are appropriately communicated and that the Group fully actions any feedback received.
•Prepare and present papers to the ExCo, ALCO, Group Risk Committee and Board Risk and Compliance Committee in relation to SREP matters.
•Keep up to date on regulation updates related to the ICAAP/Pillar 2 and disseminate this knowledge to the broader team.
•Support production of insightful Enterprise wide Risk MI for the CRO
